The straws are sturdy enough that my 9-month-old hasn't been able to chew through them yet, which is a relief. It took her about a week to get the hang of it, but now she's happily sipping from her mini cup at every meal.
The tiny cups are the perfect size for my toddler's hands, and the straws have a nice firmness that makes them easy to grip without bending. It took us only a couple of tries before she was sipping independently, and the 5-pack means I always have a clean one ready.
