The straw is just the right thickness for little mouths, and the lid stays on tight through all the drops and throws. My son went from spilling everywhere to drinking independently in less than a week, and having five cups means one is always clean when we need it.
My daughter figured out the straw in two days flat, and I can already see her lip muscles working better when she drinks from these. Having five cups in the pack is perfect since one always ends up in the car or at grandma's house.
My speech therapist recommended these for lip rounding practice and my son actually enjoys using them at snack time. Having five means one is always clean and ready, which takes the pressure off during meals. He's finally getting the hang of it after about a week of daily use.
